The Winding Road Next 140 miles sign is a real road sign.  It is on CA Hwy 36 going west from Red Bluff to Fortuna.  You can type in the GPS coordinates and view the sign from space.  Just outside nearby Eureka there is a historical logging camp named The Samoa Cookhouse.  Get some home cooking and check out the logging museum at the same time.
